Our story

Built at midnight. Forty messages in a week.

WishWarmly started as a one-night hack after a VP resigned. It became a product because forty messages came in within a week.

The origin

“My VP announced he was leaving. Within a week, forty messages had come in. I hadn’t shipped a product — I’d discovered a need.”

Nobody knew it was built overnight. They assumed it was a professional product — and they treated it like one. What they cared about was the permanence: that the words would outlast the Slack workspace, the company email, the role.

Everything you see here — proper moderation, video transcription, designed covers, a PDF that stands alone forever — grew from that single overnight insight. WishWarmly is built and run by one person. That’s intentional.

What we believe

Four things we won’t compromise on.

Messages stay private until delivery

No one can peek at what the last person wrote. This forces original, thoughtful messages instead of seven copies of 'Best of luck!'

Every occasion gets its own palette

A farewell shouldn't look like a baby shower. We design each occasion separately — not a template with a different emoji.

Built to outlast the link

Videos expire. Links die. The PDF keepsake lives forever — even after the Slack workspace, the company email, and the domain are gone.

One price per card, not per month

We don't believe in subscriptions for one-time moments. Pay once per card, keep it forever. No recurring charges.

One night of work. Forty messages in a week.
