Terms of Service

The service

WishWarmly is an online group card service. You create a card, invite others to contribute messages (text or short video), and deliver the finished card to a recipient as a flipbook. Keepsake-tier cards also include a downloadable PDF.

Tiers and pricing

• Free: up to 2 contributors, online flipbook delivery.
• Standard ($9 per card): unlimited contributors, online flipbook delivery.
• Keepsake ($15 per card): unlimited contributors, online flipbook, downloadable PDF keepsake.

You can upgrade from Standard to Keepsake for $6 (the delta) at any time before the card is delivered. Each card is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no per-contributor charges.

Refunds

If a Keepsake PDF fails to generate, we will either regenerate it manually or issue a full refund — your choice. Email hello@wishwarmly.com with your card reference. For all other refund requests, contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer automatic refunds for completed card deliveries.

Your content

You are responsible for the messages submitted to your card. By using WishWarmly you confirm that content you submit:

• does not violate any law or regulation,
• does not harass, threaten, or demean any person,
• does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights,
• is not spam or unsolicited commercial communication.

WishWarmly uses automated content moderation to flag potentially inappropriate content before the flipbook is assembled. The card organiser can remove any contribution before delivery. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Video messages

Video messages are recorded in-browser, up to 60 seconds long. They are automatically transcribed so the words are preserved in the PDF and readable version of the card. Video files are deleted 90 days after the card’s delivery date. Transcripts and the PDF (if purchased) are retained per the Privacy Policy.

Card delivery and access

The card organiser controls when the card is locked and delivered. Once delivered, the recipient accesses the card via a private URL — access is capability-based (anyone with the link can view). Keep the link private if the card contains personal content.

Availability and changes

WishWarmly is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishWarmly’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant card.
